PRIVACY POLICY

The Northwood Green Social Hall Management Committee (‘the Committee’) has adopted this Privacy Policy for those whose personal data it holds or might hold in the future.

·         The Committee will retain the personal data of only those individuals who are content for the Committee to do so.

·         All such data, whether in printed or electronic form, will be kept secure at all times.

·         Personal data held by the Committee will never be used for purposes outside the normal administrative or organisational confines of Social Hall business.

·         Individuals will not be contacted by the Committee on non-Social Hall matters.

 ·         The Committee will not pass any personal data it holds to third parties other than to regulatory authorities when required to do so.

·         Individuals can ask for their personal data to be deleted.

·         The Committee will review this Privacy Policy when new personal databases are formed.
